Let It Go
How many times a day do bad things happen to you? How many times a day are you pissed off at the world and just angry at things that are happening to you? Well, guess what? They happen to me, too. They happen to every single person. It's a part of life. And a key to happiness, a secret to contentment, and just inner peace, and flow, and calm is to let it go.
You know, it's okay to be angry for a minute. It's okay to be upset for a while. But then after a little time, you have a choice: keep holding onto it, keeping being angry, or just let it go and move on and enjoy your day. Because things out of your control are going to continuously happen from now until forever, and you need to be the one that lets it go.
