Tia was our Keynote Speaker at our Marriott Women’s Leadership Event. From the beginning, Tia was a great partner to understand our attendee’s perspectives and created a program that would engage our attendees. Tia facilitated a high energy program and focused on each attendee becoming their best self. She also facilitated a Leadership Breakout Workshop to help leaders “Master their Mindset”. Our attendees shared feedback that they walked away with: “Happiness is a choice” and “It’s important to visualize ourselves in a positive way and also send that energy to others.” Tia’s impact on our leaders did not stop there as she facilitated “Arrive at Happy” virtual program 70 days after our live event to further pull through key messaging of being your best self. Tia provided an action buffet of things our team can execute to live a more meaningful and purposeful life. I would highly recommend Tia to any organization looking to inspire their teams to become their best selves, be happy leaders, and create really happy teams.

Tia Graham was a Keynote Speaker for The Crimson Connection, which has a global audience exceeding 15,000 people, the vast majority of whom are senior executives with MBAs from ivy league institutions. Tia highly engaged our audience and provided practical strategies to increase authentic happiness at both the personal and corporate levels. Her genuine and passionate personal stories allowed the audience to connect deeper to the message and to understand how they could create more happiness and success for themselves. I highly recommend Tia as a keynote speaker and now believe that all companies should help leaders and teams be happier! Her book, Be a Happy Leader, is a must-read.

Today more than ever before, empathy has become a leadership imperative because it drives performance, employee satisfaction and retention. When teams feel heard and understood they feel more fulfilled and happier. Tia Graham gave 2 keynote talks to our Account Sales and National Group teams. Tia inspired our team to reflect on their happiness and took them all to a new level of awareness. A key learning - that happiness is a choice we make, and we have more control over it than we realize. She provided us with the tools we can use to make positive thinking a habit that will strengthen our personal and professional life. She is a beacon of light and left us all motivated to find our true north. #Arriveathappy

Tia was the keynote speaker opening Socap Fall Symposium. To say she was a hit is an understatement! Her positive energy is contagious and attendees were sitting up a little straighter and paying close attention to her message on how to be a happy leader. After the past two years of pandemic-related challenges, contact center leaders are worn out from working hard on creative solutions for managing their teams in-house and at home. Tia’s messages and ideas were uplifting with new concepts and great examples. But it wasn’t all just concepts; she shared the studies showing the positive correlation between productivity and happy employees. Her message challenges us to be happy leaders that attain success within our teams. Additionally, she was easy to work with, fun to be with, and her book signing sold out. At the airport I saw attendees reading her book while they waited for flights, underscoring how well she engaged us. I highly recommend Tia Graham.
