Join Happiness Expert, Tia Graham, and Breathwork Meditation Coach Jenna Reiss for a day in Mother Nature exploring the power and possibility that comes from changing your mindset.
Our day will begin by examining the impact of changing the questions you ask yourself, and how that can change your future. You will harness the sheer power of your character strengths to create a vision and clear plan for your big future, and incorporate happiness habits and reminders to support your transformational change.
Then through meditation, breathwork and intuitive coaching, you will explore how your body reacts to future dreams, and where you might be holding yourself back, blocking yourself from possibility before diving into visualization meditations to support you in dreaming from the heart.Opening Circle: Intention setting

Breathwork is a 2-step active breathing technique that moves stagnant energy in the body. This practice can leave you feeling cracked open and more ready to step into your life as your authentic, natural self.
